And I had to blog it!!

I like the idea because it bring backs old memories with my sister when we would be having a conversation. Nice sister chat, right? Except she would be staring at a huge pimple on my face. Then I have to go "I KNOW WHAT UR LOOKING AT!" and she would say "I can't help it takes up half yo' face!" Then we would go obsessively scrub our pores in fear of another huge pimple. I had pretty bad case of pimples when I was a young teenager. It went away when I got into the late teens, early twenties. Ohh ahh, memories. Ahem. Anyway, Enjoy the video!

The Dry Rainforest

The whole reason I came to downtown was to see this butterfly rainforest. They had a sloth too but it was sleeping and so far up I couldn't photograph it. They had so many neat things and by the time I left it was pouring down rain and my legs were burning from climbing up and down stairs, walking down hills, and walking all the way around downtown. I decided it was time to go home. :( But I'm so happy I got to see this place finally! And I apologize for not being able to sit still at all.

Musuem of natural science

I finally got to see the butterflies in the rainforest. It's really small and cool. I had to wait a few minutes for the guide but i had a lot of fun learning about the creatures and things. Now i am snacking on hummus. Woot. EDIT: OMG Thank you Google Maps App on my phone otherwise I would have NEVER found the musuem! Jeez!

Things I love Tuesday!

Performance Art! This blog by Dave made me happy! It looks dreamy and visually stimulating. I only wished I could have seen this in person, it looks like so much fun!

Downtown! I'm planning to spend time in downtown and go to Musuem of Natural Science to see the butterfly sanctuary that I never got to go into because it's closed on Monday. Then will wander around downtown and find things to do. I'm not much of a planner.

Tom! He's been gone for the last 3 days and it makes me realize how much he really is around and what it's like without him. And what can I say, absence makes the heart grow fonder, now GET HOME! But I do like listening to his stories of things that happened to him while he's been gone and I feel a little sad I didn't get to share those experiences but I like hearing him tell stories.

Sarah Dope! I like seeing her in the blogosphere, so visit her site. She's really cool and one of my oldest e-friends! I've known her since 2000 and even met up a year ago. I was so touched she joined Vox so she could comment. I'm glad to know she still cares about little old me! haha My heart gushes at the thought. :)

AIM! I talked to a high school friend over AIM, we rarely get to see each other so it's exciting when I have a conversation and talk about our struggles, our joys and blogging! haha I miss my witty witty friend. She made a promise she would start writing more personal entries so I people would read her blog more. I hope so, Mankiller, I hope so.

Yosemite Mudflap! It was the band's last show and they were a entertaining band that told tales from dragons and wizards to truckin' on the dunes! They are departing from the music scene and I will miss them. I was glad to be able to see their last show. I had always counted on this band to give me a good laugh and watch the audience get into their shows in a unique way. Going so far as to act out their songs and come to shows dressed up in biker gear, beards, sheaths and foam swords. Entertaining as usual and we talked a little afterwards. Good luck, friends with all your future endeavors! (HHEEEE-YEAH!) I hope the ending of this chapter starts off with a bold new one, where no band has gone before. I dunno, it made me happy and sad and I figured I would throw this in here.

Zoetica! Holy crap, she has awesome style! I love looking at her pictures and seeing how she puts her outfits together. It always looks really cool and totally suits her. I'm always impressed with people that carry off a style that suits them so well. It looks almost effortless.

Human Calendar! This site and the widget on my blog is the best thing since sliced bread! I love looking at it and retaining what day it is. Oh yes. This is my excuse to post it. What a cool concept! :) If you click on the calendar you an read how it started as I am crazy tired and can't comprehend words coming in the brain. But I'm psyched to have it!

That's for this week. I'm going to crawl into bed now! haha

Which side of your family do you resemble more?

My Parents.

This is difficult to say because I have a pretty equal amount of both sides. I think my petite-ness comes from my mother's side. As well as my Korean features (eyes, the way my nose flares out, my naturally dark hair). However, my high cheek bones are both on my mothers and fathers side. My face has thinned out a bit and my face shape is turning out more like my Aunt on my dad's side. I think it's pretty equal when you start analyzing everything.
